Build a fluid object.

This command takes a fluid object and builds it in order for it to be entered into the simulation. It is only when a fluid object has been built that you will see the results on screen. The process of creating a fluid involves several steps starting with a call to phy make fluid, then setting properties and ending with a call to phy build fluid. Note that certain properties of the fluid cannot be set after it has been built for example, it is not possible to adjust the particle buffer cap.
